Headout tickets were great it included our locker so we could skip a step on entry. I suggest getting there as soon as it opens and plan to stay late as line up for rides can be upto an hour at peek times.

Easily the best experience from my trip to Phuket. The water rides are just excellent. There is a bit of wait time for the popular ones so be prepared to spend at least half a day here. Don't miss Angel's Slides and Rock n Raft if you're a thrill seeker! Rolling Ripples is great for a relaxing float in the "river". The Wave Bar is exceptional - drinks are a bit pricey but worth it, still! All the water bodies are extremely clean and well maintained. 100/100 would visit again.

Bought tickets a day before when park websites already sold out. Pick up arrived just in time. We were in the park early on the day so no lines on the rides. Plenty of sunbeds for a family of 4 no need for private cabannas. My kids (14 & 9) enjoyed the day at the waterpark. Bring refillable water bottle.

Rides were awesome, enjoyed all the rides... Only thing that could be improved is the attitude of staff at Indian Delight at Tropical Beach. Staff didn't offer salad with 780 B of food being ordered first and were not ready to offer with additional order. Could see the bias for another customer buying item for only 260 B and was given salad without asking for it. Staff was not bothered about receiving the feedback, esp the Manager didn't have any sense of talking to the customer.

We have spent like half a day at the park and haven't even tried all of the rides that were there. The park is divided in 5 zones with different rides, ranging from kiddie fortress and chill river donut ride up to extreme attractions. Do not miss the artificial wave session at the central pool! Aquapark is ok,probably half-day is enough, although deal with Headout including pick up and drop off at the hotel was excellent deal. On top of it, we were booking day before only and Aquapark showed no ticket available, but Headout got tickets for us.

- Tip: Arrive early to Phuket FantaSea to explore the Carnival Village before the show, where you can enjoy shopping, games, and cultural exhibits.

I had been over 20 years ago and really enjoyed it. This time though the buffet was not as good, the show was not flowing so well with the story line and the Lazer light show. Probably the most annoying part of the night was having to hand mobile phone in and collect at the end. I will not recommend to friends and family. I wish to go back to how it was a long, long time ago.

Nice experience. Islands & beaches are beautiful. We enjoyed the longtail boat ride (1 hr) at Pileh Lagoon where we got to swim. We did not do snorkelling at the earlier spot. Speed boat ride was choppy esp on return. Lunch was wholesome but quite basic - rice options, noodles, chicken, fried fish, vegetarian. Kudos to Bobby our guide & his team for taking good care & an entertaining trip.

Highly recommend The hotel transfer was seamless with an air conditioned vehicle and on time pickup The staff was helpful, the speed boat ride was good as we were able to get from one point to another quickly Food spread was good The various stops included Viking cave photo stop Monkey beach photo stop - we could not get down due to low tide Phile lagoon-swimming Maya Bay Snorkeling spot- excellent spot but waves were rough still good experience as we were able to see fishes though the clear waters Phi phi Don - Lunch Khai island - had a longer stop here as we could not get down at money beach.

Carnival Magic was probably the top of the attractions we visited (apart from tired cranky children!!) So much to see and do and not expensive compared to other theme parks around the world. Get there as close to opening as you can so you don't loose time. Amadmanda was a great family day too. Was so much easier being able to pull tickets up on my phone rather than having to buy at the venues!

Rides were awesome, enjoyed all the rides... Only thing that could be improved is the attitude of staff at Indian Delight at Tropical Beach. Staff didn't offer salad with 780 B of food being ordered first and were not ready to offer with additional order. Could see the bias for another customer buying item for only 260 B and was given salad without asking for it. Staff was not bothered about receiving the feedback, esp the Manager didn't have any sense of talking to the customer.

We have spent like half a day at the park and haven't even tried all of the rides that were there. The park is divided in 5 zones with different rides, ranging from kiddie fortress and chill river donut ride up to extreme attractions. Do not miss the artificial wave session at the central pool! Headout is good!
